Looking back, the times I have been successful, were the times I was driven because my goal was important and I kept trying until I had achieved it. Some that maybe should have been important apparently weren't, because I gave up. That's when I have fallen short. I don't consider myself a high achiever-but maybe a moderate achiever.

A worthy goal deserves all the effort it takes to achieve it. There are some goals I have been working on for years and haven't yet achieved, but I keep working on them because I know they are worth it no matter how long it takes. Slow, steady progress with patience is what some require. Mine won't change the world, but they might change me, or someone in my family, or my neighborhood.
